If a Brite Harmony ritual isn't right for you, send it back within 30 days — opened or unopened — for a full refund. No restocking fees, no awkward forms.

1. Email care@briteharmony.com with your order number.
2. We'll send a prepaid return label within one business day.
3. Drop the package at any USPS location.
Once we receive your return (typically 3–7 days), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days. Banks may take an extra 2–5 days to display it.
You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription anytime from your account. Already-shipped subscription orders fall under the 30-day guarantee above.
Want to swap formulas instead of refunding? Just mention it in your return email and we'll ship the replacement free of charge.
If you received a damaged or incorrect product, skip the return — just send a photo to care@briteharmony.com and we'll ship a replacement immediately.
